NoddedOn — Privacy Policy

NoddedOn ("we", "us") is a members-only social club app operated by TruthPower. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

• Account details — your email address and a password (stored only as a secure one-way hash, never in plain text).
• Your profile — the @handle you choose and any profile details you add.
• Your activity in the club — the islands (groups) you belong to, events you RSVP to, and messages you send to other members.
• Membership status — whether your membership is active, and the voucher code or purchase used to activate it.

How we use it

• To run the service — sign you in, show you your islands, deliver your messages, and manage your membership.
• To keep the community safe (for example, honouring blocks between members).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on our secure server (Amazon Web Services, London region, United Kingdom). Payments are handled by Google Play, PayPal, or by voucher, and card details are never seen or stored by us.

Sharing

We only share information where you'd expect it as part of using the app — for example, other members can see your @handle and messages you send them. We may share data if legally required.

Your choices

• Delete your account or data — contact us (below) and we will delete your account and personal data.
• Access — you can ask us what data we hold about you.

Children

NoddedOn is intended for adults and is not directed at children. See our Child Safety Standards.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
